CASE 651G Wheel Loader with enhanced performance and operator comfort

CASE Construction Equipment has introduced the all-new 651G wheel loader, expanding its G-Series Evolution lineup. This robust machine is designed for heavy-duty tasks in infrastructure, recycling, and quarrying projects, with a bucket capacity ranging from 2.3 to 2.6 cubic meters.

This latest addition fills the gap between the 621G and 721G models, offering enhanced performance and operator comfort. The 651G is powered by an FPT N67 engine, delivering up to 172 horsepower. It boasts an operating weight of approximately 30,890 pounds and a full turn tipping load of up to 10,340 kilograms.

Operator comfort and control are paramount in the 651G, featuring a spacious cab protected by ROPS/FOPS standards. The cab includes an 8-inch LCD touchscreen display that provides comprehensive control over all machine functions. Operators can set engine speed at a fixed RPM and automatically engage ride control at a set speed. The integrated onboard scale allows for accurate load weighing and tracking, with data transmission capabilities to the site office via the CASE SiteWatch telematics portal.

The 651G also emphasizes reliability and reduced operating costs. It includes heavy-duty axles and reinforced chassis sections to handle increased performance demands. The machine is equipped with CASE’s SiteConnect Module, enabling remote diagnostics and proactive maintenance through a two-way communication system between the loader and CASE dealers. This feature ensures more uptime and productivity by addressing potential issues before they become big problems.

Regarding sustainability, the 651G is powered by EU Stage V FPT Industrial diesel engines, compatible with various synthetic and sustainable fuels. The Hi-eSCR2 after-treatment system eliminates the need for exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), contributing to cleaner operations.

The 651G offers a range of optional equipment, including extended reach and tool carrier versions, attachment auxiliary hydraulics, and various tire options. These configurations make the 651G a versatile solution for diverse job site needs, enhancing productivity and operator satisfaction.
