Construction pros take center stage in Hilti’s latest campaign to redefine the industry

Written By Alex Klocek

Hilti North America launched the “Pros Know” campaign in October 2024 to spotlight construction professionals’ hard work, dedication, and expertise. This initiative celebrates workers who build our world by amplifying their voices and showcasing daily challenges. Whether battling bad weather, navigating chaotic job sites, or meeting tight deadlines, the campaign is grounded in real-world insights from working closely with construction professionals.

The campaign seeks to instill pride in being part of an essential workforce that builds the world around us. It emphasizes the deep bonds shared among industry professionals and reflects Hilti’s admiration for their craft. Now live across social media, radio, and digital platforms, it also highlights the determination to endure harsh weather, navigate muddy job sites, and meet demanding deadlines in challenging and unpredictable conditions. Construction workers deal with some of the harshest work conditions in the world. From braving scorching summer heat and freezing winter temperatures to working at dizzying heights or deep underground, their environment often pushes physical and mental limits.

It is important to have trustworthy materials and tools while enduring these conditions. Thanks to Hilti’s campaign and direct sales model, the company’s team members will work closely with contractors and job site crews to identify challenges and develop tools and services that address real-world needs. This is a win-win situation for both the construction professionals and Hilti. The construction pros get the recognition they deserve, while Hilti gets direct insight into improving its tools.

The campaign, with a message rooted in respect and collaboration, will further reinforce Hilti as a trusted partner. They’re already known for their excellent tools and reliability, so it will be interesting to see what products result from this collaboration. Either way, through this campaign, Hilti is creating a platform to elevate construction workers and strengthen the industry as a whole.
