KPC Development Company breaks ground on $300 million Kali Hotel and Rooftop

Written By Mariah Moore

KPC Development Company broke ground on Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection’s new $300 million Kali Hotel in late October in Inglewood, California. The new 300-key hotel is the only hotel permitted in the Hollywood Park Specific Plan zone. It will be adjacent to SoFi Stadium and the YouTube Theater, within walking distance of Intuit Dome and Kia Forum, and just 4 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

The hotel will feature a pool, yoga deck, fitness center, spa, 20,000 square feet of conference and event space, and 34 suites. The subterranean and ground-level floors will have 315 parking spots for residents and guests.

Bob Clark, Executive Chairman and Founder of Clayco, states, “ It’s not just a building; it’s a space that captures the spirit of Los Angeles. Partnering with such forward-thinking teams on this iconic property is in perfect alignment with our pursuit of excellence, and we’re thrilled to be contributing to a development that will leave a lasting legacy in Inglewood and Los Angeles.”

The new project promises to deliver heartfelt, curated experiences that embody Los Angeles’ essences, from design and entertainment to culture and art. The hotel will incorporate layered materials, textures, patterns, and colors that combine timeless and modern styles. Guests should expect to feel like they’re going on a rich, multi-sensory journey of art and discovery.

Owned, developed, and operated by LA Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, Hollywood Park is seen as a “city within a city,” and the Kali Hotel will make a prized addition. The 300-acre Hollywood Park is the largest mixed-used development under construction in the Western United States. It will feature approximately 5 million square feet of creative office space, a new retail district spanning 890,000 square feet, and up to 2,500 new residences. The expansive outdoor-focused districts will line the 12-acre Lake Park, interweaving 25 acres of public parks and sprawling outdoor spaces.

Chicago-based builder Clayco, architect Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC), and Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence for interior design and branding are leading the project. Opening is expected for the spring of 2026.
